Here is a recipe to lose 1.5kg in a week. I mean 1.5kg in a week from pineapple burned general body fat.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 5 lemons
- 2 large gingers
PREPARATION
First, wash all the ingredients. Cut the pineapple with all the skin and put it in a saucepan. Add 5 lemons, cut the ginger or cut it into thin slices.
Put all the ingredients in the saucepan add 3 liters of water and boil for 20 to 25 minutes. After removing from heat, close the lid tightly and let infuse. Drink one cup in the morning on an empty stomach and one cup in the evening before a meal. Preferably lukewarm.
A balanced diet avoids eating too much fat. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
